Martin Collings has had a varied career with periods working in Spain and the US, but from 2012 to 2018 he was leading Mastercard Labs in Australia, a period of significant change within the payments industry. He has worked on mobile payments initiatives with clients in industries as diverse as cinema, education, retail and sporting stadia. Aside from engaging with clients, Mastercard Labs also drove the innovation agenda with Mastercard staff and Martin Collings has experience with multiple programs that created a greater culture of innovation amongst employees throughout the entire organisation. Paul Dalby is a Director of two AI companies – Machine Learning and Visual Intelligence (that builds its own internal AI financial trading products) and Vorai Systems (an AI consulting business). He is also acting as the business development manager for the Australian Institute for Machine Learning at the University of Adelaide.
Paul is a highly qualified and accomplished executive consultant who has helped to facilitate over $250 million in funding for research, commercialisation and government programs. He has conducted strategic planning workshops for the Premier of South Australia, senior executives, research scientists, government agency staff and community organisations. He has prepared strategic plans for companies (up to $120 million turnover pa), major government initiatives (up to $250 million) and for community groups. Paul has project managed cross-disciplinary, cross-agency projects as well as taking on the role of director for the Goyder Institute for Water Research in South Australia. Before joining the financial planning industry 20 years ago, Hans Egger gained valuable experience as a Management Consultant with Price Waterhouse Urwick and as National Marketing Manager for Australian Associated Press (AAP) in its Information Services and Financial Services departments.
Hans became a financial planner in 1998, starting his own practice in 2001. He built the practice into a successful business based in North Sydney, in May 2015 Hans sold the business to focus on the Astute business.
Whilst a financial planner Hans recognised a gap in the tools available to him to effectively engage with his clients in the initial stages of their relationship and during reviews. Hans, in conjunction with business partner and financial services marketing executive, Michael Topper and Financial Planner Andrew Wardle, developed the ground-breaking online client engagement platform, The Astute Wheel and more recently Astute Estate.
Hans holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), the Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, the Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and Certificate IV in Mortgage Lending. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and is a current member of the FPA, AFA and FINSIA. Hans is also currently studying the Doctorate of Professional Studies.

Scott Farmer is the owner and founder of a Canberra based financial practice – Bravium. As part of a journey to leverage technology and improve efficiency and client outcomes Scott has recently founded a cashflow app – Savvy.
